I apologize once again for having to announce this, but the final prints were not acceptable, for the second time there was a mishap in the developing procedure of the final prints by the company who is doing the work. This has not happened before and is beyond my control.
I am currently arranging for a different company to finish these photographs, they will be reprinted!
all prints of the ball are unacceptable to me, to forward your way. We are once again Delayed in the printing.
they will be mailed out as soon as the results are acceptable in my viewpoint/standards.
To-date no charges to your accounts have be made and will not until the quality meets my standards.
I hope you understand my position at this point, I am extremely upset with the results thus far.
I send along my deepest regrets for this extreme delay .. but I am working diligently on
resolving the issue. My Apologies
